Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Thanks for shopping at Gardners Mica.
We aim to provide you with enough information, prior to purchase, that you need to make an informed, educated decision when purchasing. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days after you received the goods to notify us that you wish to cancel the order, and a further 14 days from this date to return the item(s) to our store (either in store or delivered).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original unbroken packaging.
You also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspection, we will notify you on the status of your refund as soon as possible. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit usually within five to seven days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Unfortunately, not all items can be returned; for example, clearance sale items and products that come in hygiene packaging or seals.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive an item or it develops a fault please follow the following procedure:

If necessary return the product to the store
Our store will inspect the item
If the store agrees the item is faulty, we will either:
- Sort the fault
- Replace the item
- Refund the item
